No. Travel Plug is a web app — just open travelplug.app in any browser. For one-tap access, add it to your home screen.

Your private access key is created automatically the moment you join. Here's the 60-second version:

1. In Whop, open your Travel Plug membership and tap "Downloads & Keys."
2. Copy your access key.
3. In the Travel Plug app, tap AI Search or Ask AI Concierge.
4. Paste your key into the unlock box and hit Unlock. That's it — you're in.

Two quick checks: make sure your subscription is active, and copy the key exactly from "Downloads & Keys" with no extra spaces. Your key stays valid as long as your membership is active. Almost always, it's your internet connection. Each guide is built live and takes about 30–45 seconds — a longer request than the quick AI features — so it needs a strong, steady signal the whole time. If your Wi-Fi or cell connection is weak or drops during those seconds (common on hotel Wi-Fi, cellular abroad, or on the move), the guide can't finish and you'll see a "warming up" message. The fix is simple: get on solid Wi-Fi or full signal, then build your guide again. Your access isn't affected — you can rebuild as many times as you need, at no extra charge.

Your affiliate link is auto-created in your Whop dashboard. The easiest way in is the Affiliate Portal, where you grab your link and resources: whop.com/travel-plug-black-card/affiliates. Black Card members also find their link inside their Travel Plug membership.

Commissions land in your Whop balance. There's a standard 30-day hold (anti-fraud), then you withdraw to your bank, PayPal, or crypto. Set up your payout method in Whop under Balances. You connect your bank when you make your first withdrawal.

Yes. All payments run through Stripe and Whop — industry-leading, encrypted payment processors. Travel Plug never sees or stores your card details.

Travel Plug uses AI to generate guides and recommendations. It's a powerful starting point, but always independently verify hours, prices, safety, and visa/entry requirements before you travel — things change fast on the ground.

Go to the Advertise page, enter your business and your market, and our AI prices your placement in real time. Lock your rate and pay securely. We then review and confirm your placement — typically within 1–2 business days. All placements are subject to approval.
